iPhone Tethering problem with windows (Network Cable Unplugged) [SOLVED]

I hate iPhones, but you always find some users with those overpriced “crap” phones. Anyhow, the problem with tethering in windows is that windows keeps saying “Network Cable Unplugged” while the phone is connected. It’s not a windows problem, but an iPhone problem ;-). You have to go and set your provider configuration again (same as your 3G configuration) for tethering. Why? Because you can … no it’s not a feature, it’s an idiot’s way of making a user think it’s a feature.
Activate your hotspot
Then goto your 3g settings and search for tethering configuration (username/password).
Duplicate (type again :-p) your 3G configuration information into the tethering fields.
There you go…
